Mid Atlantic Gives Back
November 2017 – Thanks to all our patients during Patient Appreciation Day,

We have raised $3804 for Habitat for Humanity and filled three entire boxes of toys to donate to Toys for Tots! THANK YOU ALL! We appreciate you!

In the year of 2015, the total donated to Habitat for Humanity was $13,241.

In 2016, we donated $14,955.

As of November 2017, we had donated $21,869, surpassing our goal of $20,000 with over a month to spare!

The Mid Atlantic Clinic of Chiropractic continuously strives to provide its customers with holistic chiropractic wellness. This includes posture correction and chiropractor treatment for migraines, back pain, sciatica, and pediatric chiropractic.

Here is a brief description of all the services offered at Mid Atlantic Clinic of Chiropractic:

Chiropractic Care:

This includes advanced spinal corrective treatment to address a range of issues, including leg pain, back pain, and spine misalignment. Our chiropractic care utilizes special manipulative therapy techniques that can help increase the range of motion, promote balance, realign the spine, and reduce inflammation. Chiropractic care can be beneficial for pregnant women suffering from back pain. It can also help athletes and veterans with injury rehabilitation.

Corrective Exercises and Spinal Rehabilitation Program:

Depending on their needs and requirements, clients may be assigned different techniques and exercises for faster recovery. However, corrective exercises and techniques are commonly used for spine rehabilitation and other back-related conditions. With over 30-40% correction rate, these exercises are easy to follow and can be conveniently carried out in the comfort of your home. In addition to spinal rehabilitation, these exercises are designed to help with muscle and connective tissue misalignment.

Cox Flexion Distraction:

Cox Flexion Distraction is a popular manipulative technique effective for chiropractic treatments. This hands-on spinal manipulation technique relieves back, neck and leg pain and severe spinal conditions. The Cox Flexion Distraction technique decompresses the spine through gentle stretching or applying traction to the lower spine. It is a non-surgical treatment that can also restore the range of motion in the joints and muscles, promoting flexibility and better posture.

Lifestyle Advice:

In addition to corrective and manipulative techniques for back relief, our chiropractic clinic also provides lifestyle coaching. Patients are informed and guided on avoiding specific activities that may make their symptoms worse. Nutritional Counseling:

Nutritional counseling services provide individualized dietary plans catering to patients' nutritional needs. This includes everything from a strictly structured diet for optimal recovery to prescription supplements to combat deficiencies.

Spinal & Postural Screenings:

Several reasons may contribute to posture and spinal issues. For effective results, we utilize screenings to reveal the overall functioning of muscles in alignment with the bones. This can help identify root problems and provides an indication of the overall condition of your spine.

Foot Levelers:

In cases where postural problems are caused due to a misaligned spine or pelvis, we also provide custom-made functional orthotics to correct imbalances in the feet. Unlike over-the-counter foot levels, our orthotics are designed to promote whole-body wellness.
