Speaker – Hey Katie, how’s it going?

Katie – Well, thank you. Good.

The Problem

Speaker – First question I’m going to ask is, how did you feel before chiropractic?

Katie – On a daily basis, I had pain in my left shoulder and on the top left side of my back. It was there pretty much every day, and it was very uncomfortable. I felt tight. I believe working from home a lot more since COVID exacerbated it. I’ve dealt with it for years, and it was a daily issue for me.

Speaker – Now that you’ve been coming in and getting adjustments, how is your experience been here?

Katie – I am so much better. I know that just because I feel better doesn’t mean I necessarily function better, but I do, number one, feel a lot better. I don’t have pain on my left side anymore.

My sleeping is so much better. I used to wake up often through the night. When I was trying to work at home behind my desk, I would have to get up often. I have like multiple people in my family trying to rub my issue or stretch out my arm. I was just trying to get some relief, and I don’t have to do that anymore.

Speaker – How is your life different after finding Mid Atlantic Chiropractic and getting your adjustments?

Katie – I would say the structures have been really good for me. It’s something I like to do for myself—the exercises, the breathing, the little things that I do every day at home. In addition to my adjustments that I come in here for, with a daily reminder that I have things to do to take care of myself. It’s been very good for me on my mental health as well as my physical health. My family would say that I’m not as irritated. My level of frustration at home has lessened dramatically.

Results Achieved

Speaker – Alright, I think that’s it. Anything else you’d like to add? Any other changes that you’ve noticed?

Katie – In my exercises, I just recently moved up in my weights, which feels like progress to me. I’ve moved up from the 5-pound weights to 10-pound weights. It’s just like that little bit every week. It was just an encouragement to see that happen.
