We have been building our practice and helping people achieve wellness since 2006. We are a fast growing and successful wellness-based family practice. Currently, we are a team of one doctor and three staff members. We are looking to add two more chiropractors to our team. We are in search of a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator / Receptionist and a Full Time Chiropractic Assistant for our busy chiropractic office.
Are you a professional, organized, detail oriented, well spoken, friendly person, who can juggle multiple tasks at once? We are looking for someone who has the ability to prioritize, be self-directed while being forward thinking, is empathetic, caring, works well under pressure, is good with technology, and can keep a smile on their face. EMR/EHR, medical office, and customer service experience required.
Some duties include patient care coordination, managing patient's schedules and care plans, managing patient paperwork, answering phones, taking payments, and patient routing. Must be comfortable working on your feet and at a computer all day. Must be familiar with computer software (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, Google calendar), able to type accurately, and have impeccable math skills.Must be reliable and dependable. Required schedule includes: Mon 7:30-7:30, Wed and Thurs 7:30am-6:30pm, Tues 2:30-6:30, Fri 7:30am-1:30pm, and 1 Saturday per month.
