Greetings Mid Atlantic Chiropractic Family,

We are so excited to invite you to be a part of our third annual MACC Christmas. We want to thank you so much for your generosity over the years with some of our other outreach events and for making our previous MACC Christmas events so successful. We are ready to do it again! Together, we can grant some wishes for local children in need and infuse hope back into the lives of families that really need it this holiday season.

The first thing we need: HELP US FIND THE FAMILIES THAT NEED IT MOST!

Do you know a family in need within our Frederick County community you would like to nominate for inclusion in this event? Please fill out the nomination form here by Friday, November 4th..

Macc Christmas

The second thing we need: HELP US PROVIDE GIFTS TO THE SELECTED CHILDREN!

Our patients will have the opportunity to purchase gifts for one of the selected children. We will ask that these unwrapped gifts are provided to the office no later than Pie Day Wednesday, November 23rd. A great day to bring your gift will be our Patient Appreciation Day on Saturday, November 13th. Your gift would be in lieu of payment for your adjustment on that special day.

Wrapping Party

The third thing we need: HELP US WRAP THESE PRESENTS!

We will be hosting a wrapping party to get all of the gifts organized, wrapped, and ready for delivery on event day. We will be asking for donations of wrapping paper and supplies as well as people to come help us wrap! If you would like to be a part of the gift wrapping please use the contact us button below to be put on our contact list so we can send you information on when the wrapping party will take place and how to sign up for that.

Once your nominee has been selected, their family will be invited to select a time to pick up their gifts between Monday, December 12th and Friday, December 16th. We want to thank you in advance for considering nominees for this event and teaming up with us to give Frederick families a better Christmas than they would have expected. With you we know we can make this event even more successful than last year!

The inspiration behind MACC Christmas comes from Brandi Rashidian, Clinic Director and Chief People Officer.

“When I was 7 years old my mother was placed in Hospice at the young age of 28. As Christmas drew near, we were all faced with the knowledge that that would most likely be her last Christmas with our family. Unfortunately, due to the burden of unpaid medical bills that were piling up, and my father’s inability to find a good paying job with insurance to keep us afloat, our family was struggling just to live day-to-day, let alone have any sort of traditional Christmas. Although my brother and I were expecting to wake up to a pretty bare tree on Christmas morning, we were met with complete surprise. Through teary eyes we walked into our living room to find more gifts that we could ever have imagined possible. What I did not know at the time was that a special group of people cared enough to bless our family with an unbelievable last Christmas with my mom. That following July we said our final goodbyes to her. It was the generosity of that incredible group of people which made that last Christmas with my mom even more special.”

The Mid Atlantic Clinic of Chiropractic continuously strives to provide its customers with holistic chiropractic wellness. Chiropractic Care:

Our chiropractic care utilizes special manipulative therapy techniques that can help increase the range of motion, promote balance, realign the spine, and reduce inflammation. Chiropractic care can be beneficial for pregnant women suffering from back pain. It can also help athletes and veterans with injury rehabilitation.

Corrective Exercises and Spinal Rehabilitation Program:

Depending on their needs and requirements, clients may be assigned different techniques and exercises for faster recovery. However, corrective exercises and techniques are commonly used for spine rehabilitation and other back-related conditions. With over 30-40% correction rate, these exercises are easy to follow and can be conveniently carried out in the comfort of your home. In addition to spinal rehabilitation, these exercises are designed to help with muscle and connective tissue misalignment.

Cox Flexion Distraction:

Cox Flexion Distraction is a popular manipulative technique effective for chiropractic treatments. This hands-on spinal manipulation technique relieves back, neck and leg pain and severe spinal conditions. The Cox Flexion Distraction technique decompresses the spine through gentle stretching or applying traction to the lower spine. It is a non-surgical treatment that can also restore the range of motion in the joints and muscles, promoting flexibility and better posture.

Lifestyle Advice:

In addition to corrective and manipulative techniques for back relief, our chiropractic clinic also provides lifestyle coaching. Patients are informed and guided on avoiding specific activities that may make their symptoms worse. Nutritional Counseling:

Nutritional counseling services provide individualized dietary plans catering to patients' nutritional needs. This includes everything from a strictly structured diet for optimal recovery to prescription supplements to combat deficiencies.

Spinal & Postural Screenings:

Foot Levelers:
